- Long Pond Iron Works West Milford, NJ-Charitable donation to aid in preservation of the historic facility
- Schuyler-Colfax House Wayne, NJ- Donation of Storage Space for a Historic Carriage undergoing restoration
- American Legion, West Milford NJ Branch-Use of our rental offices to promote fund raising for handicap improvements at their facility

- Tri-County Chamber of Commerce-Aided in Chamber's fundraising efforts
- Chabad Center of Passaic County-Charitable Donation via advertising in organization's print and web media
- Greenwood Forest Fire Company -Donation of storage space.
- Haiti Relief Effort -In conjunction with Rotary Club of the Caldwells/Rotary International set up all Storage Station Locations in New Jersey and New York as drop of points for clothing, food and financial donations earmarked for victims of the Haitian Earthquake of 2010.
