• Legal Relationship: Storage Station is a trade name used in the operation of Self Storage Facilities owned by various Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). None of the LLCs have any legal relationship to each other although some own more than one Self Storage Facility.

  Rental Policy: Storage Station is an Equal Opportunity business. We will rent space to a given individual or business regardless of race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, age, any physical or mental disability or veteran status. In the efforts to establish a safe environment for all tenants/occupants and their possessions, Storage Station requires that all tenants/occupants be able to provide verifiable means of identification. This is at a minimum a valid government issued photo identification and a mailing address. Storage Station will not rent space to any individual or business that does not meet this criteria or that in our sole discretion presents an unacceptable business or security risk.
